Effective Date: June 5, 2026 These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of products from The Place To Be, whether made online, in person, or through any other channel. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following.

  1. Sales and Transactions

All sales are subject to availability. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge you have read the product description and are agreeing to buy the item as listed. The Place To Be reserves the right to cancel any transaction at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

  1. Product Condition and Authenticity

We take great care to accurately represent the condition of all products. Unless explicitly stated as "pre-owned," "used," or "graded," items are sold as new or in the condition described. We stand behind the authenticity of the memorabilia and collectibles we sell. If you have any questions about a product's condition, description, or authenticity before purchasing, please contact us prior to completing your order.

  1. Sealed and Collectible Products

For sealed trading card packs, boxes, cases, and similar collectible products: once opened, all sales are final. We make no guarantees regarding the contents of any sealed product. Purchasing sealed collectibles involves an inherent element of chance, and The Place To Be is not responsible for the value of cards or items pulled from opened products.

  1. Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be collected on orders as required by Texas law and any other applicable jurisdiction. Tax amounts are calculated at checkout.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Place To Be is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) at issue.

  1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and resolved in Bexar County, Texas.
