30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. Conditions for Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be:
Returned within 30 days of the delivery date In their original condition — unused, unaltered, and undamaged In their original packaging, with all tags, seals, and enclosures intact (where applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened trading card packs, boxes, or cases Opened or unsealed sports memorabilia including jerseys, balls, helmets, mini helmets, pucks, photos, or any other collectible item where the original packaging or seal has been broken Items that have been used, worn, displayed, or handled in a manner that diminishes their condition or value Items that are damaged by the customer after delivery Items in a diminished state compared to how they were shipped (including bent cards, broken holders, removed tags, etc.)
All sales of opened or used memorabilia and collectibles are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
