Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on package size, destination, and availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship to U.S. addresses only. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future. Please check back for updates.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
The Place To Be is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
